To be clear, all dual port manifolds for the Ford FE engines are not currently in production.  As you may know, the 6060-DP and the 6061-DP manifolds are for the Cobra Jet heads.  The manifolds may be used on non-Cobra Jet heads, but require modification to work....

Hi Erik, we do not make a 5 hole version of the 5595. The casting is made for the 10 hole design only. Hope that helps.
