No bolts are not aluminum. Use automotive hardware made of steel. Size and number of bolts will be determined by the intake and carb. ARP makes a wide variety. Hope this helps!

Sorry about that. It is 4 1/2″ in front, and 5 1/4″ in the back. It is 5″ at center. However, the part is out of production due to no demand
