n I have a dual plane manifold on my 83 ranger with 2.3 L and a Holley 5220 on it .
Now the question is will a GM 5220 or Ford 5220 fit down on manifold with a
Transdapt adapter ?? I don’t know if I can get the same carb which is the Ford there is something
wrong in the idle circuits that’s why I am asking if the GM 5220 would fit down on it .
The wording might not be making any sense to y’all . I hope you can understand .
Im going to call 2 marrow morning .

Holley, under license from Weber, manufactured the 5200 and 5210 carburetors. The 5200 was used on Ford application while the 5210 was used on GM applications. There are a few differences between the carburetors, but are they related to application specific items (thread pitches used for attachments, jet sizing, etc.). Either carburetor should mount and work on the Offenhauser manifold. Here is a great link to Holley 5200 and 5210 information https://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/holley_carburetor/Holley_5200_Carburetor.pdf
