Hi, have a question about the 1090 intake.
Is the 1090 intake made so that one carb feeds 4 cylinders and the other carb feeds the other 4? Or does one port feeds 2 of the cylinder? Or does both carb feed all eight? My problem is that cyl 1,4,6,7 looks like it running to rich. Sparkplugs is black and the other 4 looks fine. (Mallory unilite dist. Isky3/4 cam , offy heads, merc cranc, fenton headers. Ebu carbs)
If its so that one port feeds 2 cyl. Wich port feeds wich cylinder?

Hi Sindre,
Ports 1,4,6,7 and handled by one side of the intake. So half of each carb handles 1,4,6,7. If you are sitting in the vehicle, it’s the right side. Here in the US that would be the passenger side. We would focus on your jets on the two carbs on the right side as we believe one of your jets is bad.
