Thanks for the reply; I completely understand that supply issues are beyond your control. That said, I don’t think it’s terribly unreasonable to ask for an update when “ship by” dates come and go. Again, I understand the circumstances and will wait patiently.

Safe to assume Offenhauser employees don’t monitor these questions and answer them? Does anyone know a means of contacting them besides calling? Thanks!
Same here I have a 5416 back ordered from Speedway Motors since march. They said July 30th but no guarantees.
We just this week received some 5416 from the foundry and we have begun machining. I can’t guarantee a date but I can tell you that it is now within our control and we should have them out “soon.”
Yes we monitor this. It’s not always an easy quick answer. There are delays with the foundry due to various factors but related to the Covid pandemic. We can not speed up things outside of our control. We too are anxiously awaiting a new shipment from the foundry.
