Do you or can you still make the Drag Star 6×2 intake manifold for the chevy 409

Hello Tim,
Part #3925 does fit with a 340 Horse Power 409 engine which was a truck motor. It does not fit with a 425 Horse Power 409 engine. To make it work with a 425 HP 409 engine you would need to modify the intake by welding the some of bolt holes by the ports or plugging them. You may also need to use an adapter depending on what carbs you are running. Adapters you may consider are part #’s 5159 and 3860.
