Having hard time finding aluminum bolts to mount carburetor to manifold. Do the bolts have to be aluminum?

No bolts are not aluminum. Use automotive hardware made of steel. Size and number of bolts will be determined by the intake and carb. ARP makes a wide variety. Hope this helps!
